Care, Climate, and Private Sector Development: Research Report and Case Studies

Kore Global was contracted by IFC as a member of the Donor Committee on Enterprise Development (DCED) to conduct program- and policy-relevant research on the gendered nexus between care and climate. The primary objective of this assignment is to expand knowledge on the growing activity at the intersection of care and climate change, with a specific focus on private sector development, to provide actionable recommendations for donors and development organisations on designing interventions and supportive policies. The research will explicitly incorporate a gender lens, identifying gender equality benefits of investing in care systems.
