Realize Capital Partners (RCP) is one of three fund managers administering the Social Finance Fund (SFF), an initiative by the Government of Canada to promote the growth of the social finance market in Canada and advance social equity in impact investing. RCP has contracted Kore Global as their capacity-building partner to support the advancement of social equity practices in the SFF, working closely with Social Finance Intermediaries (SFIs) and Social Purpose Organizations (SPOs) across Canada.
The Social Equity Lens Investment (SELI) Coding System is a pilot framework developed by Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) to evaluate how SFIs and SPOs are embedding social equity into their operations and practices. Kore Global is leading the design and delivery of capacity-building programs through a combination of learning resources and 1-1 support that help SFIs and SPOs assess their current practices and progress along the SELI continuum—advancing their social impact and fostering greater social equity across Canada’s social finance ecosystem.
